Agen provides a platform for running autonomous AI coding agents and related development tools in cloud environments.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Accounts
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Connected Repositories
When you connect repositories or other services, you grant the platform permission to access and process data necessary to perform agent tasks.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to grant such access.
AI-Generated Changes
The platform may generate code changes or other automated outputs. These outputs are provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before applying them to your systems.
Outify is not responsible for errors or issues resulting from AI-generated content.
Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions may include usage-based pricing for AI model usage or other resources. Fees will be charged according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
• violate any laws or regulations
• access systems or data without authorization
• distribute malware or harmful code
• abuse or disrupt the platform
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service Availability
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outify, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the platform.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
